Great free graphics programming books!

Here is a list of good books that all graphics programmer’s should read. They are a little dated now, but FREE!

    That version of the OpenGL Programming Guide (the red book) is unauthorized. It is the 1.1 edition from 1997, not the sixth edition used in the picture.

    It discusses hot features of Windows 95, and that someday everybody will have monitors that can show more than 256 colors.

    While the API in it still works, just like DirectX 3.0 still works, that is NOT a book I would recommend.
